Founder of Rocklit | Creator of the Daruma Vision™ Method
Rocklit was founded by Lana Iwabuchi after a defining leadership experience reshaped her understanding of performance.
In 2020, a high-stakes mistake placed a client at risk of significant financial loss. Although the situation was resolved and the impact minimised, the experience revealed a deeper truth about leadership.
Competence and logic alone do not sustain performance under pressure.
This moment led Lana to study neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and Japanese wisdom traditions focused on regulation and presence.
She recognised a pattern across many capable leaders:
they appear composed externally while carrying internal pressure that gradually erodes clarity.
Rocklit was built to address that gap — helping leaders develop the internal stability required for sound judgment, strategic coherence, and long-term performance.
There is no clarity of mind without clarity of heart.
