OUR STORY

It began with a leadership lesson.

In 2020, founder Lana Iwabuchi made a mistake at work that put a client at risk of significant financial loss. The situation was resolved, but the experience revealed something deeper: under pressure, even capable leaders can lose connection with their inner signals.

Drawing on her multicultural upbringing, decades of life in Japan, and studies in neuroscience and emotional intelligence, Lana created the Daruma Vision™ method, integrating strategic clarity with practices that help leaders stay grounded when it matters most.

    Russian by roots and Japanese at heart, with 25+ years in Japan. Former Mitsui & Amazon leader turned coach and facilitator. Lana designs Rocklit’s experiences and helps leaders make grounded, authentic choices so they can lead with clarity and an open heart.
